OUR LOCATIONS
Thornlands
Nestled in the leafy back streets of Thornlands you'll find our cozy studio. Our boutique space is small and welcoming, the perfect sanctuary for your yoga journey. We provide personalised Hatha, Slow Flow, and Beginners classes tailored to your needs, all within a serene environment. Whether you’re a beginner, returning to practice, or an experienced yogi, our trauma-informed instructor is here to guide you every step of the way. Discover the joy of yoga with us! Our classes cater for 5 students only, so be sure to book to avoid disappointment.
We also offer our signature Holistic Health sessions here. These sessions are not booked online. Scroll down to view our packages. Please email us with enquiries and for bookings.
The studio is located to the right of the house, please do not knock on the front door. Go through the side gate and up the path.
Yeronga​
At our peaceful Yeronga space we offer Holistic Health sessions only; Nepalese Therapy Bowl Massage, Indian Head Massage, Individualised Sound Healing and Reiki. Scroll down to view our unique packages. Please email: soundbowls11@outlook.com for bookings.

2) Additionally, our serene space in Yeronga specialises in Nepalese Therapy Bowl Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reiki and Sound Bowl Healings only. We look forward to welcoming you to either location to support your wellness journey.
3) For your convenience, we can come to you. Our Mobile Service is available for a reasonable fee.
