About our Practitioner; Shayne is a qualified Yoga Teacher, completed her 200 Yoga Teacher Training at an Ashram in India in Traditional Hatha, and teaches at studios and gyms across Brisbane. She is available for individual yoga sessions.
Shayne is a qualified and highly skilled Nepalese Therapy Bowl Massage and Sound Bowl Facilitator. Shayne is also qualified in Reiki and Champissage (Indian Head Massage). She is Trauma Informed, sensitive, friendly and professional in her approach.
She worked for many years in the Community Services Sector as a Case Manager and has supported women and children fleeing DVF, individuals with Mental Health, Alcohol and other Drugs use, Disability and the Homeless. She brings the same ethics and values to what she now does in the Health and Wellbeing pace.
Our serene space in Annerley specialises in Nepalese Therapy Bowl Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reiki and Sound Bowl Healings. We look forward to welcoming you to either location to support your wellness journey.
